Shipping
All orders placed that are over the value of $100 will be shipped free of charge. They will be posted by registered mail with Australia Post and be delivered to you within 3 - 5 working days. Any orders placed that are under the value of $101 will be charged a $10 postage charge.
Returns and Exchanges
We will exchange merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION (This means the shoes have not been worn and are in their original packaging) and notification is within 14 days of receipt. You will need to email us the details of the shoes to get a return authority from us. You then post the shoes back to us and we will post the other pair back to you or hold a credit on your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. You will need to email us the details of the shoes and we will issue you a return authority. |
